  1. Request within 7 Days: You must submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. No Significant Use: The refund is applicable only if you have not made significant use of the platform, such as posting multiple clinical trials or extensively utilizing the features of the package.
